Steven Lippman, lifelong waterman and surfer, is a passionate & inspired man of the Sea. Growing up, as native californian, it was only a matter of time before he took action to protect the oceans that are being frivolously destroyed by the hands of man. He finds himself blessed and set in a position to act as a powerful mouthpiece to natures’ most myserterious and precious gift. Both Steven, his wife Ana and their two children, have spent their lives traveling the oceans, experiencing it’s wonders and now want to give back.
It is through his vision as a director and photographer, that Steven was able to create an initiative for change. And The Blue Project, is about just that, change.
Change, so that when his 17 year old daughter, Reilley works as a California State Lifeguard, he doesn’t have to worry she will be infected with the pollution of the Pacific Ocean.
Change, so when his 2 year old son, Ryder grows up he can have that shared passion for the Ocean, and learn the ways in which we as people can protect our environment.
To Steven and his family, The Blue Project is about getting involved & educating futures generations not to progress our detrimental mistakes.
